What we're looking for

We are a fast-growing startup looking for new and passionate product designers to work with a team of engineers and marketers. This position will provide the opportunity to develop the skills required for a product manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join a dynamic and growing company. We have strong support and training to ensure you can do the job properly.

Responsibilities

• Designing user experiences from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Coordinate with other design team members to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
• Collaborating and communicating professionally with engineering teams
• Creating prototypes to validate design concepts with internal teams and leadership
• Create user stories and understand users' requirements
• Staying abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds
• You can work on this while taking classes, but we expect you to put on a solid 30+ hours per week

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Suite (Illustrator)
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Webflow experience required
